Terms of Use

Last updated: 27 October 2026

Please read this page before you buy. It explains in plain language what you are agreeing to when you use this website. It is not legal advice.

1. About Us

This website is run by the DONY Project (“DONY”, “we”). You can reach us only through the Customer Support form on this site, which sends your message to our support team by email.

2. What DONY is

DONY is a utility token on the BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) designed to fund verified charitable giving on-chain. DONY Coin is offered as a utility token. The future market value of DONY cannot be predicted, and rewards described on this site (such as reflection rewards) are paid from a fixed, finite pool and move with trading volume.

3. Who may use this site

4. Buying in the presale

5. Your wallet and your security

6. Risks

Crypto assets cannot guarantee their value, and their future cannot be fixed in advance. Prices can move sharply, the rules for crypto can change, and smart contracts can contain errors even after testing (ours are managed and monitored 24 hours a day). Plans on the roadmap may change or be delayed. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use bots or scripts to buy, post or claim, do not try to break, overload or scan the site or its servers, do not post unlawful or abusive messages on the Cheer Wall, and do not try to get around the limits of the presale. We may block wallets or addresses that do.

8. Content and links

The DONY name, logo and character, and the content of this site, belong to the DONY Project. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for them.

9. Liability

The site and the presale are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for losses caused by your wallet, your network, or third-party services, or for events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the project develops. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after an update, the updated terms apply.
